Lifts
TTC 3" Lift
Our TTC 3" lift for the Honda Pioneer 1000 is our most popular option and is designed for those looking to run up to a 33" tire with zero rub. This lift can also be used with either 4", 6", or 8" portals to get even more lift and room for larger tires.
The TTC 3" lift is made to use stock length axles, but does require that you remove the rear sway bar. Also, bracket lifts can not be used with any of our TTC lifts.
IMPORTANT: You must use stock length shocks (20" eye to eye) with all TTC lift kits otherwise you will need limit straps. Our lifts are designed to maximize the efficiency of the stock axles and therefore require a stock length shock to ensure proper axle angles.
The front arms have about 3" of lift built in and move the front wheels forward 3.5". You will need to run a set of our TTC HD tie rods with them due to the added length forward. For the ball joints we use automotive grade 1-ton truck tie rod ends that allow you to keep a spare with you in case you need to change one out on the trail, since they just screw in. That being said we've been running them for about 4 years now and have never had one fail. If you would rather run Kellar ball joints we have options for you as well. We also offer a 2 bolt design front upper arm that drastically increases strength and converts the stock long 10mm bolt to two 12mm bolts. Give us a call for more information or visit our "Products" tab for pricing and options.
We also build front link bars that are completely bolt on. Link bars are an added option and are generally for extreme application running portals and big tires. They provide added strength and support to help relieve stress on the front suspension mounting tabs. A set of our link bars run $350 plus powder, and come with all hardware and brackets needed to bolt on and ride.
Our TTC HD tie rods come ready to bolt up to your 12mm stock steering box, or we have optional 14mm and heim style upgrades.
The rear arms have about 3.5" of lift built in and move the rear wheels back 2.75". They are camber adjustable and come with SATV UHMW bushings. All our kits require that the sway bar be removed.
With just our TTC 3" lift, 32's fit perfect with no rub, and you can even run 34's with a slight bit of rub up front when the wheels are cranked and flexing. That being said, your pioneer will definitely need a tune and either igr, portals or both to run 34's and up successfully. (Some wheel and tire combinations will require wheel spacers)
We try our best to keep these lifts in stock, but realistically every set is built upon order. Once we receive your order it usually takes 2-4 weeks for your lift to be ready to ship. (Sometimes this is faster)

TTC 6" Long Travel
Our TTC 6" long travel kit for the Honda Pioneer 1000 is our flagship product and is designed for those looking to drastically increase wheel travel and ride quality, or those looking to get 9" of lift for their mud machine (with adjustable shocks). This lift can also be used with either 4", 6", or 8" portals to get even more lift and room for larger tires.
NOTE: If you run our 6" kit with portals you MUST have adjustable shocks to help compensate for the added leverage caused by the added width of the portals.
The TTC 6" long travel kit is made to use the same extended Rhino 2.0 axles as the SATV 6" lift. You can either order our kit with Rhino 2.0 axles, or without and order a different brand extended axle on your own. Turner Cycles offers some of the strongest axles on the market that work perfectly with our kits.
This lift DOES require that you remove the rear sway bar and can NOT be used in conjunction with a bracket lift.
The TTC 6" Long travel kit is adjustable from 4" to 9" (depending on what shock you run) and increases width about 5" on each side. It also increases your wheelbase by 8" and drastically improves ride quality, stability, and articulation.
Our 6" long travel kit comes with SATV bushings, coil spring spacers, extended steel braided brake lines, HD tie rods, and ball joints. We do not use bracket lifts! This is everything you need (except extended axles) to bolt on and ride.
The front arms have about 6" of lift built in and move the front wheels forward 4.5". A few inches of the lift comes from the necessary use of coil spring spacers (unless you are running after market adjustable shocks). Usually coil spring spacers cause a stiff un-enjoyable ride. We have modified the shock geometry to create added leverage in such a way that makes it easier for the suspension to compress the shocks. We use coil spring spacers to "stiffen up" the stock shocks back to a rate that allows the suspension to provide an unbelievably smooth ride that adds travel and articulation. If you are running Fox shocks, 814's, Elka's, or any other adjustable shock, you can adjust the shocks to achieve desired ride height and quality.
IMPORTANT: You must use stock length shocks (20") with all TTC lift kits other wise you will need limit straps. Our lifts are designed to maximize the efficiency of the stock axles and therefore require a stock length shock to ensure proper axle angles.
For the ball joints we use automotive grade 1-ton truck tie rod ends that allow you to keep a spare with you in case you need to change one out on the trail, since they just screw in. That being said we've been running them for about 4 years now and have never had one fail. We also have options to use Keller Ball joints if interested. We also offer a 2 bolt design front upper arm that drastically increases strength and converts the stock long 10mm bolt to two 12mm bolts. Give us a call for more information.
Our kit comes with TTC Heavy-Duty tie rods that are ready to bolt on to your 12mm steering rack. We also offer 14mm inners and heim style upgraded tie rods.
The rear arms have about 6" of lift built in and move the rear wheels back 3.75". They also use coil spring spacers (with stock shocks) to change the spring rate and provide a unbelievably smooth ride. They are camber adjustable and come with SATV UHMW bushings. They DO require that you remove the sway bar.
We also build front link bars that are completely bolt on. Link bars are an added option and are generally for extreme applications running portals and big tires. They provide added strength and support to help relieve stress on the front suspension mounting tabs. For more info on our link bars visit our "Products" tab.
With just our TTC 6" lift 30's to 35's fit perfectly and look great. You can even run 37's without rubbing. That being said, your pioneer will definitely need a tune and either igr, portals or both to run 32's and up successfully.
We try our best to keep these lifts in stock, but realistically every set is built upon order. Once we receive your order it usually takes 2-4 weeks for your lift to be ready to ship. (Sometimes this is faster)
