Pioneer 1000 4 Bolt Rear Portal Plates (Powder Coated)
These TTC Pioneer 1000 4 Bolt Rear Portal Plates are designed to work with TTC arms only. These portal plates convert the factory 12mm upper and lower rear knuckle bolts to four 1/2" grade 8 Flange bolts. If you are running 8" Portals and tires over 40 inches, this upgrade is a must. With 8" Portals its just a matter of time before the stock lower 12mm bolt breaks and leaves you stranded. Cutomers running 6" 60% portals should also consider this upgrade.
This upgrade is desigend to work perfectly with our TTC upper arms, but requires you to drill out the existing tabs on your lower arms to 1/2" and to weld on 2 extra tabs to each side of your lower arms.
This kit comes complete with two TTC rear 4-bolt converstion portal plates, 4 lower tabs to be welded onto your lower arms, and misallignement spacers to convert your upper arms to 1/2" bolts.
