TTC 6" LT Extreme XL Ball Joint Delete (Full Kit) (Powder Coated)
 
Introducing our "NEW" Extreme XL Ball Joint Delete kit for the Pioneer 1000. If you are looking for the MOST EXTREME option your Honda Pioneer 1000 then this kit is for you. This kit is built out of 1.5" X .250" wall Tubing and replaces the factory upper and lower ball joints with huge 1.25" heim joints and 3/4" bolts. It also comes with custom Front & Rear portal brackets, features 3/4" Heims at the frame, and comes standard with our upgraded 2 Bolt Design Front Uppers, and Stage 2 Heim Style Tie Rods. The rear portal brackets have been redesigned to replace the 10mm bolts with four 1/2" bolts to drastically increase the strength of the rear of the machine. This kit is completly built for those extreme builds looking to run big portals and huge tires. (If you have a 2016-2021 model then this kit requires that you run aftermarket adjustable shocks.)
 
 (You will also need extended axles)(LE, SE, Forest, and Trail models require custom axles from Cobra Axles or Turner Cycles)
 
Our TTC 6" Long Travel Kit adds 5" of width to each side of your machine and moves the front wheels forward 4.5" and the rear wheels back 3.5" giving you 8" of extra wheelbase over stock. This kit increases front wheel travel by 40% and rear wheel travel by 70% over stock and provides increased stability, extra suspension articulation, and an unbelievable ride quality. This kit is hands down the best suspension upgrade you can do to a Honda Pioneer 1000. 
 
GIVE US A CALL BEFORE YOU ORDER if you plan to run portals and tires larger than 35". We recommend adding front link bars to help take stress off of the lower arms and lower frame tabs.
 
Note: You must remove your sway bar with this kit. Also, bracket lifts can not be used with any of our TTC lifts.

What is the 2 bolt design front upper arm upgrade? (Not available for 2022+ year models) This upgrade is for those extreme builds or those having trouble with the upper frame tabs wallering or ripping. Our 2 bolt design converts the stock front upper arms from the long 10mm bolt, to two 12mm bolts at the frame. This increases strenght and drastically decreases the possibility of ripping the upper frame tabs. Our 2 bolt design kit comes with all the parts and hardware needed for installation. (This upgrade requires welding two extra tabs to the frame on each side.)
